Administrative Assistant

Are you our next administrative star? Do you have a strong numerical acumen, an eye for detail, and the ability to spot even the tiniest discrepancies or specifics? Then we’re looking for you!

What does your role entail?

  • You’ll gather and verify timesheet data.
  • You’ll track employees’ vacation days.
  • You’ll review and conduct an initial analysis of the project administration.
  • You’ll process purchase invoices.
  • You’ll register and check equipment items.

What you ideally bring:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in working with information technology (IT).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting.
  • Proactive approach and the ability to look beyond your primary duties.
  • Understanding of technical aspects is a plus.
