Liquid fertilizers are an alternative to solid fertilizers.
Liquid fertilizers contain fewer fillers and are purer compared to solid fertilizers. The advantage of liquid fertilizers is that filling the A/B fertilizer tanks is easier to automate.
Additionally, the advantage for the grower is that fewer mistakes are made and there’s a significant labor saving.
For the automatic filling of one or more A/B fertilizer tanks and one or more acid / base tanks, InFa Techniek has developed the AutoFill Fertilizer Tank Filler.
AutoFill Fertilizer Tank Filler
The AutoFill fertilizer tank filler ensures that your A/B fertilizer tanks and possibly also your acid or base tank are automatically filled with the correct recipe when there's enough space in the A/B fertilizer tanks.

The liquid fertilizer storage installation is custom made according to the current guidelines. The plastic drip trays beneath the liquid fertilizer storage tanks are welded on site, eliminating the need for special transport for the delivery of both drip trays.

The AutoFill fertilizer tank filler ensures that your A/B fertilizer tanks and possibly also your acid or base tank are automatically filled with the correct recipe when there's enough space in the A/B fertilizer tanks or acid or base tank.

The control and operation takes place through a fast PLC with a touch screen. The filling process is continuously visually displayed on the touch screen. The visualization allows the entire filling process to be monitored on the touch screen. The recipes are also entered through the touch screen.
The working principle of the AutoFill Fertilizer Tank Filler has been developed over the years, resulting in a reliable installation with very little maintenance. The storage tanks for liquid fertilizers can come in transparent or black tanks. There’s a choice between standard tanks or custom-made tanks. Instead of a drip tray beneath the liquid fertilizer storage tanks, you can also opt for double-walled tanks.
